Cruz's Master Plan Could Win Him the White House

I find it interesting that the MSM is now starting to focus on the true threat to the DEMS.  He will be their next target.  My guess is he's already two steps ahead of them.  Go Ted Go!

Ted Cruz has always had a master plan. Now it could win him the White House.


...But suddenly it seems that Cruz is running what even Dan Pfeiffer, a former top aide to President Obama, concedes is “the best campaign on the other side.” He has raised more money than any Republican other than Jeb Bush and more non-PAC money than any other Republican, period; he also has more cash on hand than any of his GOP rivals. He was the first candidate to recruit chairmen in all 171 counties in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada. He is only candidate who for months has been consistently calling and sending surrogates to all five U.S. territories — Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Virgin Islands — in order to secure extra delegates who could prove decisive down the road. (More on that later.) He is doing more than any other Republican to prepare for the so-called “SEC primary,” a new Southern voting blitz set to take place on March 1; he has already enlisted more than 100 countywide campaign directors and 1,500 volunteers in Georgia alone. And from the start he has conspicuously refrained from criticizing frontrunner Donald Trump, choosing instead to position himself as Trump’s heir apparent, should the bombastic real estate mogul falter or fade, which Cruz has publicly predicted will happen.

I'm just happy to delude myself into believing Senator Cruz has actually planned something out past "The power of the American people when we rise up and stand for liberty knows no bounds."

That hasn't happened for a long time.  Right now a bunch of LIVs are propelling a big government, reality star billionaire RINO to the GOP nomination.

I hope, for the sake of my children, who will foot the bills for this generation, that Senator Cruz has something more than platitudes.  I also hope he finds a talented tailor.

If you were to read his book "A Time for Truth"; I think you would be comfortable in assuming that he has planned out his presidential campaign very carefully.  He was elected to the Senate against all odds and with very little money...but very well planned. He is a passionate fighter for what he believes in and it has become very apparent to me by his actions and votes in the Senate that he is a fighter for limited government (going against the Washington cartel) and the Constitution.

There has been rumor swirling around that he and Trump have made a deal --- that I'm not so sure that I agree with.  Trump hasn't attacked him.  Trump has commented that he would pick him as his VP.  So, either Trump really respects and admires him or he wants Cruz's voters.

As for the tailor remark ... seriously?  His suits?  Trump's hair, Carson's tick, Fiorina's face ...  I guess we could look at the other side ... Hilllary's lies and numerous massive corruptions, her pantsuits and her cackle and Bernie's just a socialistic madman with a weird kind of mad scientist look. I'll vote for Cruz's suits.
