So all those stalwart GOP candidates violated Reagan's 11th commandment.
I am guessing Trump bashers have short memories.

Not only short memories, but completely bereft of vision.
And it's a cryin' shame.

Everyone should vote for the candidate who gets picked, no matter who it is.
For sure.

Rick Perry : Trump is cancer and need s to be excised surgically from GOP.
Trump never attacked Perry first.

You are wrong.  This was a response to Trump's attack on former GOP Presidential nominee John McCain and POWs on July 22. A day earlier Trump called Perry weak on immigration and mocked his glasses.  http://time.com/3966085/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-jeb-bush-lindsey-graham/

Quote
Lindsay Graham: Attacked Trump first. (I forgot exact words)
Trump never attacked Graham first.

The exact words were "jackass" again a response to Trump's attack on Graham's mentor John McCain on July 22.  I'll give you this one but it is easy for me to see why Graham felt provoked.

Quote
Bobby Jindal: attacked trump First, calling him Carnival barker.
Trump never attacked Jindal first.

I'll give you this one too.  Jindal's campaign is going nowhere and he needed publicity.

Quote
Carly Fiorino: attacked Trump during first debate with the innuendo that Trump and Bill Clinton are close which is why Trump got the phone call from Bill, and not her.
Trump never said anything bad about Fiorino first.

innuendo?

"I didn't get a phone call from Bill Clinton before I jumped in the race ... maybe it's because I hadn't given money to the foundation or donated to his wife's senate race."

I'll give you that one too, I guess, but the only one I fault is Jindal.

Some times calling a rat "a rat" seems like an attack when it is really just a warning to Trump supporters.

Welcome to the BR entropy12.  Great first post and I hope to see more.
