http://ulstermanbooks.com/who-do-i-think-will-win-the-republican-nomination-ok-ill-tell-you/

As we find ourselves deeper and deeper into the presidential primary race, the number of requests for me to disclose who I think will ultimately win the GOP nomination has increased exponentially. I understand people’s concerns. I share many of those concerns myself. To date I’ve gently brushed aside such inquiries and moved on.

Today I’ve decided to go ahead and give an answer. This answer is not what I hope to see happen, but rather what I feel will happen given the current situation, information I am blessed/cursed to be privy to, and more time spent among the ever-calculating politicos than I ever care to admit.

I do agree with him that it is going to come down to Trump and Rubio. The outsider celebrity with punch vs. the articulate, telegenic next generation.  It will be highly interesting and entertaining. And we can breathe a sigh of relief that we don't face the prospect of a Bush nomination.

Three fine men (including Cruz here) that all will fill leading positions in a Trump administration.   Trump delegates.  He knows people.  He'll get 100% out of all of them.

They say it themselves (sarcastically, btw), his biggest claim to fame is "I'm a deal-maker!  I know how to make deals!  Make things happen!

Cruz for Attorney General (that will make some heads explode!)

Trump has the advantage of being able to get down in the gutter with Hillary and duke it out, and I think he is tougher and meaner than she is.  She tries to turn in to the victim when someone hits her hard, and he will hit her very hard.  Rubio would create a startling and stark contrast to Old Hillary - he would be the JFK to her Bella Abzug.  More stark a contrast than JFK/Nixon was by far.

I would ask Ted Cruz to head up a team whose sole intent is to revoke/reverse/overturn every law, EO, restriction, regulation whether commercial or personal, initiated or enacted since January 2009.

Same with Justice.

Isn't that wonderful?  I never thought I'd live to see my party want the nastiest, dirtiest, meanest person for president.

You're right.  Trump is mean, he plays dirty, and he's the nastiest dirtbag in the race right now, especially toward his fellow candidates.  Trump has a way of overplaying his remarks, and he will regret hitting Hillary "hard".

Rubio, on the other hand, talks policy, rises above the scum that Trump dishes out and is respectful of his opponents.

Trump's another Obama:  obsessive narcissism, can't resist demonizing his opponents, smarmy, condescending, angry, cannot stop talking about himself.   I'd love to see him drop to fourth or fifth in Iowa.  He would blow a friggin' gasket!!!

Trump will just be the front man.  The NEW face of Conservatism   The new IN YOUR FACE Conservatism.

I'll tell what my fear is, Sinkspur.

The baby has been held up for 7 going on 8 years with Quantitative Easing.

The crash will happen with the face of Capitalism sitting in the White House, and Hillary or some other Socialist will provide the coup de grace.

We've got to get one or two SCOTUS justices before they do.
