Commenting on the passage of a bill in the House of Representatives to defund Planned Parenthood, Reverend Franklin Graham said it was "a great step" that he hopes will also pass in the Senate, adding that although President Barack Obama has said he will veto such legislation, if he does "it will be at his own peril," and the blood of the children "butchered at Planned Parenthood will be on his hands."

"After much heated and emotional debate, on Friday the House passed the Defund Planned Parenthood Act," said Rev. Graham in a Sept. 20 post on Facebook.  "This is a great step. "

"The bill stops government funding of Planned Parenthood for at least the next year -- to the tune of around $500 million annually -- while Congress investigates the allegations against them including selling baby body parts," he said.  "I’m thankful that those supporting this bill stood firm. It still has to pass the Senate, so we need to continue to pray."

I couldn't agree more with Franklin Graham. The blood of these innocents is all over the hands of every legislator who ever voted to fund this butchery.
