What's more likely to happen is that the Somalis will take the money, and use it to buy the guns and build the bombs with which they will then go on their terror rampages.
But let me ask the question:
What's the point of bringing into our country people who are so different from us, that more than a few of them will eventually try to terrorize us?
And then to pay them, in the hope that they won't?
What place do Somalis have in America?
How will they make it better?
Why import into America people who are anathema to us?
