I have a feeling Trump's act is not going to have staying power, but he has surprised me until now, so I just don't know. He certainly has confounded the entire political apparatus in the country, which I consider a good thing. It needed upsetting. What I don't know is whether Trump being in the picture will yield the best nominee. I guess time will tell. Like everyone else, he has my rapt attention, wrapped in apprehension in my case.
