Former Subway sandwich spokesman Jared Fogle appears to admit in a text messsage to paying a 16-year-old girl $100 for sex, it was reported Friday.

The Business Insider Web site says the FBI subpoenaed an affidavit containing texts between Fogle and a former female Subway franchisee who apparently were in a relationship.

In several messages, he allegedly asks the woman to advertise herself on Craigslist for sex with other men so he could watch.

She responds to one text saying, “Is this the same website you found that 16-year-old girl that you f–ked. . . .I still can’t believe you only paid $100 for her.’’

Fogle responds, “It was amazing,’’ the story says.

BI’s source is an unidentified lawyer the woman hired after she complained to Subway, which allegedly did nothing.

Business Insider says it “independently verified’’ the authenticity of the affadavit. The age of consent in Indiana, where Fogle lives, is 16.

The franchisee also claims that Fogle asked her to set up a meeting with her underage cousin.

It was reported earlier that a Florida woman who worked as a TV journalist tipped the feds that Fogle told her he thought “middle school girls are hot.’’

Subway suspended its relationship with Fogle last month after authorities raided his home in Indiana.

"Aug 18 (Reuters) - Former Subway sandwich chain pitchman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to charges of possessing child pornography, Indianapolis TV station Fox59 reported on Tuesday.

Fogle will accept a plea deal, the station reported, citing unidentified sources. The U.S. Attorney's Office will hold a news conference on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle, the station said.

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Indianapolis declined to comment and Fogle's attorney could not immediately be reached. A spokeswoman for the FBI in Indianapolis also declined to comment.

As of Tuesday afternoon, there was no publicly available case naming Fogle as a defendant with the U.S. District Court for Southern Indiana. It is possible that a case could be sealed and not available publicly on electronic court records."

A former owner of a Subway sandwich franchise claims that pervy pitchman Jared Fogle talked to her about paying for sex with minors back in 2008 — but executives turned a deaf ear to her complaints.

Franchisee Cindy Mills alerted a Subway exec when the creep sent her ­incriminating texts about ­underage sex, her lawyer said Thursday.

Mills offered to show the texts to Jeff Moody, who at the time headed the trust that handled Subway marketing. However, the ad honcho silenced Mills, saying he didn’t want to hear any more, her lawyer claims.

Fogle agreed on Aug. 19 to plead guilty to allegations that he received child pornography and paid for sex with girls as young as 16.

Subway did not comment late Thursday.
