Walter Palmer's Minnesota practice has reopened six weeks after he was sent into hiding amid international furore over the slaying of Cecil the lion.A newly-employed security guard was stood at the door of the building in Bloomington on Monday morning, with a few vehicles in the car park.However, repeated calls to the practice between 10.30am and midday went unanswered as the phone line appeared to be disconnected.Palmer was spotted for the first time in almost two months on Sunday afternoon walking through the neighborhood in a red t-shirt and blue jeans. According to the practice, Palmer will not be in the practice on Monday.
