Sorry I happen to be quite fond of the Constitution.. But hey if you are find with a President raising taxes via Executive Action then don't complain about Obama using Executive Action for anything..

First, nobody's going to raise taxes by EO.

Secondly, why do you have a problem with 'payback' on Democrats' style of governing?  Give them a taste of what we've been eating.

Thirdly, look at the bright side.   Look at all the Congressman and Senators that get plausible deniability by a 'Prez Trump' EO?  And the ones that show any backbone by fighting Trump will put themselves in focus as part of the problem.

Well, if you have ANY expectation that a McConnell/Boehner led congress is going to support a "conservative" push, then you live in a different world than I do.

Yes they will support a conservative push as they have within the confines of a split government.  If the exec supports it and they have all three branches I'm certain there would be howls from the MSM over the changes that are passed.  It's a big if though.

They have cornered the market on blazing the trail through the path of least resistance.  Compare and contrast Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader Reid and President Obama.  What?  What?  They don't have that control?  They did not too long ago and pissed it away like beer through a Private.
Why?  Well, because I'm a bastard, that's why.

It seems to be true though.  A great many Republicans seem to like the Donald.  Maybe they want to win bad enough to nominate a celebrity?  He'd get clobbered by Hillary is my guess unless she really F's up.

Can Hillary F up any more than she is now???? They call TRUMP TeflonDon? What is HILLARY called ?. Read Bill needs to have another BIMBO attack so people will fill sorry again for HILLARY?? Megan might be just that person??. PUBBIES do not care if they win or not? What they care about is that NO Conservative gets in there and NO competitive party. Republicans will be very happy with Hillary or Uncle Joe in the WH. Pretend to be disappointed but live to fight another day. Their WORLD does not change very little with Hillary or Joe B. IF TRUMP, CRUZ get the POTUS it is all over for them and they know it. This includes the media, Fox , pundits "etc". The only one that wins in their view is the American People and cannot have that.

You dug that up froma week ago and since that time it appearz she has indeed F'd up enough to have to withdrawl but now the question is why do we need the unknown quantity Trump?  I'm pretty sure Cruz can handle Bernie, Biden or Gore.

That's right.   It's high time a Republican flips the bird to the Democratic members of the House and Senate.

See how they feel when a Republican sits behind that desk for the next eight years.

After how Obama has conducted himself, it's time for the RATS to pay the piper.  Pun intended.

So... You never despised Obama for his actions, just the fact it was a Democrat doing it and not a Republican.

I've been saying for the last 12 years that the bulk of the Republican party is not made of conservatives, but what I call 'anti-liberals'.

Anti-liberals being the same as a liberal, just with their political polarity reversed.  They have no problem with the size or scope of government... nor the behavior of politicians.  They just want *THEIR* poiticians to be the one doing it.

There sure seems to be a strong tendency in that direction. If it is "our guy" on top, whatever he says goes.

If the Donald says it loudly, and he says everything loudly which is why we like him, then let it be so. Whatever it is.

I just wonder what they will say at fresno.com when the Donald says "he loves homosexuals," etc.

At that point will some of the eager followers push back from the table where they swill up every morsel, and say "now just wait a darn minute."

No they won't push back.  They are too deeply invested. Besides they are still drooling at the prospect of massive deportation of Mexican illegals.

No sir!  Never said that!   I deplore a president that doesn't acknowledge the individual rights and duties of the THREE branches of government.

But, I've been forced to sit in the corner...bend over and take this crap, going on 8 years...with nary a peep from the MSM and/or the damned Republican party leadership.

As the saying goes, "Payback is a b*tch!"

Godzilla, your definition of 'anti-liberals' in context with Conservatives needs work.   A LOT of work.

I just want to hear Pelosi and Reid piss and moan.  On a daily basis.

I want to hear Chuck Todd and Chris Matthers and Mika cry and wail.

Agree with CRUZ. Actually think he would make a great POTUS. However, if TRUMP was not in the race the RINOGOP, FOX, Pundits, Media would have taken CRUZ out by now, bet on it. He still needs their resourses as time goes on. Ther RINOGOP hates CRUZ more than TRUMP but TRUMP is making it easier for the REAL conservatives like CRUZ, Caron to get there message out. The Party of Stupid is focusing on TRUMP and leaving the others basically alone and they get stronger each DAY. The RINOGOP is not use to FIGHTING on anything like the LIBS fight  and TRUMP fight back and they cannot control him.  TRUMP does not need them and both CRUZ and CARSON do if either would get to the general. If TRUMP is the candidate you will see CRUZ or CARSON in his cabinet along with John Bolton, Allen West and Sara Palin. Also, Scott Walker will be their some place if he wants to be in Fed Govt other than POTUS. Don't be surprised if you do not se a TRUMP/Cruz ticket???  :patriot:

Exactly.  I have said it several times; Trump is taking the heat off and keeping the heat off Cruz.  Trump is doing a great service right now to all of the GOP candidates.  Yes indeed; Cruz is a huge thorn in the RINOGOP's side and they hate him. Without Trump you would have seen Bush rapidly rising in the polls.  Notice how Trump jumped in immediately after Bush?  It is becoming apparent to me, Trump's timing was perfect.

There is nothing substantial other than logic and opinion indicating that Trump would pick Cruz as VP.  I would love to see Cruz go all the way and get the GOP nomination.  We have a lot of time between now and the primaries; a lot could happen.

I think there are several other scenarios; Trump continues to rise and picks someone other than Cruz to be his VP.  Trump could jump out of the race just before the primaries after forcing out the RINOGOP candidates leaving voters Cruz, Fiorina, Walker or Carson or he completely slaps everyone in the face and runs 3rd party.

Good points and would luv to see a Trump/ Cruz ticket . Cruz could and would learn a lot from Trump and really be positioned to take over. Also like a Cruz/ Walker, Carson ticket. Anything but Bushie, Carly, Christie, Kasich or any other RINO in the batters box.
