President Obama takes question from 'Davy Crockett' during Tennessee town hall event, asks him where his beaver cap is – and starts singing the song!
* Obama seems to be turning into a human jukebox - this is the third time in five days he has sung to his audience
* The Tennessee man asked him a question during a healthcare event and introduced himself as Davy Crockett
* Obama told him before he burst into song: 'That's a cool name! But you don't have that beaver cap?'
* On Friday the President crooned Amazing Grace at the funeral service for slain Charleston pastor Clementa Pinckney
* And on Tuesday he sang I Love Being A Girl Scout during a camp-out for girls on the White House lawn

Barack Obama met a modern King of the Wild Frontier at an Obamacare event Wednesday - who prompted him to burst into song yet again.

The man introduced himself as Davy Crockett at the town hall session before asking the President a question.

Obama replied: 'Is your name really Davy Crockett? That's a cool name! But you don't have that beaver cap?'

He then asked the audience: 'Y'all remember that TV Show?' As the crowd giggled, he added:  'Actually a lot of people are too young here.

'Cue the music.'

Then he sang: 'Daveeyyyy, Daaaavy Crockett!'

However he skipped the 'King of the wild frontier' tagline from the 1955 program.

The bizarre exchange came during a Q&A at Taylor Stratton Elementary School in Nashville, Tennessee. It was the third time in five days that the President has burst into song. ...

Yes and yes.

It was a coonskin cap, not a beaver.

Stupid moron...

He's winning. He's kicking the beejezus out of America, and enjoying every second of it.
Of course he'll be a little silly given that context.

I know. How odd that he even would reference the TV show, anyway, considering it was well before his time and he spent his childhood in Indonesia, where I doubt the show was aired. Beaver hat! What a maroon.

I don't think he's winning.  The media will naturally make it appear that he is.

I think he's pissing off a whole lot more people than the base that he is catering to.

The SCOTUS rulings on gay marriage and obamacare would beg to differ with you. Don't forget, Obama spent time badgering the court in the run up to the decisions. In the past 7 years, America has indeed been fundamentally transformed. The country is divided, angry, and ripe for more government.

We're descending into America's dark days. The public believes in government, even while they see politicians as being worse than used car salesmen. I'll be shocked if Hillary doesn't win in 2016. It seems there is no story too shocking to shake her supporters. Meanwhile, Republicans continue to adhere to your trademarked line.

We are a dying breed. America won't come out of this stupor until a new generation is raised with the shortages and oppression that comes with a socialist/communist state. We won't be around to see that.
