Baltimore Police Getting Re-Schooled On The Law

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — As police battle crime, they’re also trying to restore public trust and confidence in the department. That’s why they kicked off a new training program to make sure their officers are operating within the law.

Derek Valcourt has details on the training and why it’s being done.

This is all part of the reform that the police commissioner vowed to bring to the department. That’s why all of the more than 2,800 officers on the force are now being re-schooled on the law.

The now controversial police arrest of Freddie Gray came heaped with criticism that officers shouldn’t have chased Gray down after he ran from them.

When police can and can’t legally stop people is part of new training that all officers in the department–even senior commanders–are now required to undergo.

Baltimore is 64% black. And declining in population since 1950.  I cannot imagine what the problems might be.

Had a job offer to write code for the M1 tank "in Detroit".
They were going to pay me a lot of money, but not enough.
The weather combined with living in Detroit, you would have to pay me close to a half million. Just so I could live in one of the guarded White compounds there, and stay away from the city.

The same goes for Baltimore, and not just from me. I have heard many people turning down crazy paying jobs in Baltimore, just because they will not live there.

Asking a White person to live in Baltimore or Detroit, would be like asking a Jewish family to live in Gaza. The money is never enough to be worth your life, or the safety of your family.

It would be like living in Johannesburg, where White people have to hire armed guards to escort them, just so they can go to work or go shopping.

Baltimore murder rate of 34.9 per 100,000 compared to 6.4 and below in 3 of the most Hispanic cities in the US; namely San Antonio, San Jose and Santa Ana, and 7.8 in Lost Angeles, often cited as Hispanic crime hellhole.

The only major embarrassments in terms of crime rates are Oakland and Stockton, both in liberal dominated NorCal.

Oakland CA? I wouldn't go anywhere near there unless I was riding a Humvee with a mounted 50 cal. Or a 30cal would do.

The point is, I would not go anywhere near Oakland, or as we call it, 'across the bridge', unless I was armed. And I mean fully armed.

Oakland CA is thunderdome.

Oakland makes Detroit like a "walk in the park". But that does not exist anymore. Another of a thing of pre-Obama time that has gone away in the past 6 years ago.

And a 'walk in the park' is all us stupid crazy murderous cracker White people want. Because you know, now, all we think about is hating on Black people.

That is another time of a before Obama time, that pasted 6 years ago.  Those evil White people's only mission in life. Not to go to the moon. Not to cure cancer and cure hunger. Not to build everyone up.

Obama's only line is, that 'all those White crackers think about night and day, is not their children, or their family. But to hate on Black people.'

Not the stock market. Not the global security. The only thing Whitey cares about is to hate on Blacks. That is all they do night and day.

These are the same 'Whitey' that elected him. That is his idea of "gratitude".
