The gossip website reports that Flay, 50, has shirked any responsibility in the matter and has chalked it up to her choosing to go under the plastic surgeon's knife.

According to TMZ Stephanie, due her ill health, is fighting for more than their prenuptial agreement has alotted, $5K a month from Flay in support.
