While discussing the death of Freddie Gray on on Fox News with Megan Kelly, former judge and Fox host Andrew Napolitano destroyed the political hack currently serving as Baltimore’s prosecutor.
Marilyn Mosby, who joined the mob mentality in Baltimore against the six police officers, now wants a gag order against the police AFTER she spent time slamming them in the media. Apparently, free speech is acceptable for herself, but not those which she charges with crimes that carry potential life sentences!
I was giving her the benefit of the doubt as you should give anybody the benefit of the doubt when they exercise the power of the government and they have to make a tough decision. But I am now beginning to think that she may be just a two-bit political hack who happens to have gotten elected as a prosecutor. And unlike a lot of people who leave politics and enter government, she still has the mind-set of a politician, and still believes she should use the levers of power to serve one group, not to serve the concept of justice.
Megyn Kelly went on to explain that a discussion of a gag order should wait until the evidence can be examined by the lawyers. They have constitutional rights, and this prosecutor shouldn’t be able to silence them before the details of their accusations are made available for examination!
In a joint statement issued Friday, the defense attorneys said it is “imperative that the public understand the facts and the law beyond the bald allegations publicized by Ms. Mosby.” The charges, the attorneys said, “have yet to be supported by a single piece of evidence. We have made one simple repeated request: Show us the evidence.”

This is looking like a horrible political train wreck in Baltimore, which comes in the aftermath of devastating rioting. And the Judge is exposing the prosecutor in a big way!
