Gisele Bündchen has confirmed she's retiring from the catwalk next week following a two-decade career.

For her final runway, the 34-year-old supermodel chose Colcci at São Paulo Fashion Week (April 13-17) in her native Brazil.

'Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop,' the 5ft11 Amazon told the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper on Saturday.
