And behind the Clinton tapestry we find the silent forms of Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett, fearing they will soon be implicated in this bubbling cauldron of new scandal as well…
Here is an excerpt from the just published report by award winning journalists Jeff Gerth and Sam Biddle:
Starting weeks before Islamic militants attacked the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya, longtime Clinton family confidante Sidney Blumenthal supplied intelligence to then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gathered by a secret network that included a former CIA clandestine service officer, according to hacked emails from Blumenthal’s account.
What the Gerth-Biddle report lays out is a clear pattern of Hillary Clinton bypassing normal government communication procedures. She was in effect, acting as a rogue agent, utilizing intelligence sources/operations outside of U.S. government parameters. How much, or how little, of this operation took place remains to be seen.
And therein lies the rub – Hillary Clinton’s own attorney just announced her private server upon which all her previous communications would have been found, has already been destroyed.
The farther reaching implications go beyond Hillary though. Her private email account had to have been known throughout administration circles – including the White House. She was Secretary of State, not some middling staffer of little importance. That alone implicates the Oval Office itself. What if Hillary’s private covert operations had the blessing of the White House? Who might still have copies of communications to support this? Mr. Blumenthal’s account was hacked. Is it possible he is not the only one? Perhaps others had similar records – and have either been silenced by payoff…or other means.
And don’t forget, the Benghazi Massacre is front and center in all of this.
The above questions are being asked by a growing number throughout Washington D.C. these days. The Clinton Machine is at present simply appearing to shrug all of it off as silly speculation. The server is gone, you can’t get us, so let’s just move on. Some in the media are obliging this tactic. Others though are not so quick to dismiss the significant implications, though at present, those others are cautious not to then implicate the Obama White House which the vast majority in the media continue to actively work to protect.
The Gerth and Biddle report opens the door to some measure of truth. There are whispers a handful of tight lipped Republicans already have damning information against Mrs. Clinton but are contemplating the timing if its release. I worry they are just as likely contemplating how much they can leverage that information for their own personal benefit by keeping it hidden.
