Last year the Obama administration released five high ranking Taliban terrorists for Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, a man many suspected then of having deserted his post. That suspicion was confirmed this week after a lengthy military review.
President Barack Obama released from prison five of the most dangerous terrorists on earth for a man who many are convinced willfully left the U.S. military to join with the Taliban. Adding insult to injury is that it is also believed some of Bergdahl’s fellow soldiers were subsequently killed by Taliban forces while they were looking for him.
Sinise is a longtime veterans advocate who has helped to raise millions for various veteran causes. The actor made clear his inability to comprehend how an American president could make such a horrible five for one swap, and wants answers not only for himself but the families of those soldiers who were killed while looking for Bowe Bergdahl:
