Rather, it is stunning fact being orchestrated by the Obama IRS as reward for illegals who declare themselves part of the Obama Executive Order amnesty plan. You know, the one Congress wasn’t given the opportunity to review or vote upon. IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has declared the agency intends to pay tax refunds to those who never even paid taxes in the first place. All those people need do is declare they were working illegally.

The gesture certainly reeks of one criminal organization, (the IRS) rewarding a multitude of other criminals for doing nothing more than fleshing out the president’s amnesty plan, which in turn will leave law abiding, tax paying citizens to foot the bill.
Koskinen admitted to a Senate committee that even illegals who paid no taxes and received wages “under the table” could now apply for tax refunds – refunds for taxes never paid. Estimates suggest the number of illegals doing so could be as many as four million people with refund amounts coming in at approximately $500 per person, pushing the total amount of illegal refunds to some two billion dollars.
Koskinen also indicated the White House never asked him about the cost of refunds, nor did he say he bothered to tell them. Instead he only offered the Senate committee a bemused grin as he outlined the IRS’s plans to start processing refund checks to people who never legally paid income tax.
In a normal world, tax fraud is something that can lead to fines or even imprisonment. In the Age of Obama, it is a means by which one is rewarded – so long as there is to be a political reward for a certain political party in the future.
