Sen. Harry Reid’s brother, Larry Reid, has gotten into serious trouble with the law, according to a report from ABC Las Vegas affiliate KTNV.

Reid has been arrested for drunk driving, battery of a police officer, and possession of a gun while under the influence.

The 73-year-old was arrested near Boulder City, Nev.

“It is a private matter,” Sen. Reid’s office said when asked about his brother’s arrest.

I hear through the grapevine that Harry's gym accident was, in reality, a gentle reminder from his mob buddies about promises not kept.

But I really don't know anything about that.

I read it was his alcoholic grandson who beat him up, but the mob certainly is a possibility.
