Obama Budget Includes $500 Million for UN’s Green Climate Fund

What’s the Green Climate Fund?

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is a fund within the framework of the UNFCCC founded as a mechanism to redistribute money from the developed to the developing world, in order to assist the developing countries in adaptation and mitigation practices to counter climate change.

So it’s right up Obama’s alley. Redistributing money to fight a problem that doesn’t exist. And he intends to redistribute a whole lot of your money to the Third World.

$500 million.

That’s just a small bite of the $3 billion that Obama pledged to the fund.

And that $3 billion too is a small bite of the big green feeding frenzy in Obama’s insane $4 trillion budget.

Obama’s budget proposal for 2016 asks Congress for $4 trillion, including about $48 billion in tax incentives over the next decade for various green energy programs.

That means sweetheart deals for his pals.

The wind industry in particular has lobbied heavily for extending the Wind Production Tax Credit — a tax subsidy that pays wind power producers $23 for each megawatt hour of electricity produced for 10 years.

Obama once again proposed making green energy tax credits permanent.

And making contributions from green energy crony capitalist companies to Dem candidates permanent as well.
