Christian Pastor's Car Breaks Down...Muslims Show Up and Do the Unthinkable
Pastor Adah and his wife and two children aged 6 and 8.

Pastor Joshua Adah was a Christian minister who brought more than the message of Jesus Christ to the people of Nigeria. Adah was beloved by the villagers of Bantaje, bringing medicine, clothing, supplies, and education to the poor for no monetary gain of his own.

To say Adah’s fate placed him in the wrong place and the wrong time is an understatement.

According to Nigerian newspaper Pulse, police spokesman Joseph Kwaji told reporters the details:

ASP Kwaji said: “The pastor’s car broke down at Chediya on his return from Kogi. He then phoned his mechanic at Jalingo to help him fix the car. When the mechanic arrived, the two men agreed to hire a vehicle at nearby Dan Anacha, which would toll the car to Jalingo.”

According to Kwaji, ‘the mechanic upon return to the scene could not find the pastor’, adding that ‘after a thorough search, his body was found in the area’.

The pastor had reportedly found himself stranded just as armed Muslim Fulani herdsmen, alleged to be working for Boko Haram, approached his broken down vehicle.

A supporter of Pastor Adah’s ministry described the body as “mercilessly hacked to death.”

Adah’s widow is left to raise their two young children alone, mourning the death of her husband who was “butchered” by Muslim insurgents.

Pastor Adah also leaves behind a boarding school which grew to serve more than 400 students.

“Not too long after he got born again, he left the comfort and ‘luxury’ of city life for a remote village on a hill without light nor potable drinking water, not even a well in sight,” said Adah’s supporter, who wished to remain anonymous for security purposes.

“He was there with his humble wife and kids to answer the call of God at this time when larger cities meant ‘greener pastures,’ fatter offerings and sizeable tithes to others doing ministry,” he added.

Pastor Adah poses with some of the community to which he had ministered.

Muslims saw pastor Adah as a threat to their aspirations of an Islamic state. Ministers and speakers of other faiths are looked at as bothersome insects that must be squashed, offensive to the sensibilities of an angry God they must defend.

Adah not only helped build the community of Christians, but aided Muslim residents as well. However, regardless of what comforts non-Muslims provide, Muslims are called to eradicate them if they refuse to convert and submit to Islamic rule:

Those who believe do battle for the cause of Allah; and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the minions of the devil. Lo! the devil’s strategy is ever weak. (Quran 4:76)

No matter how peaceable and hospitable he was, Adah was considered an idolator just as all non-Muslims are. The punishment for idolators is the be fought against until there is no more reason to battle, i.e. all have converted or died.

Adah did not know he was at war with Muslims, but because he is an idolator, the Quran states that he has waged war against Allah because of his religious choice.

America must awaken and acknowledge that the Quran states that we are all at war with Islam, and we cannot coexist with those whom we are at war.

Please, share pastor Adah’s story.
