Cops are hunting three suspects filmed on surveillance video as they ran from the shooting that left a 15-year-old boy dead and a man injured in Brooklyn Sunday.

The victims were approached by three men at the corner of Avenue H and E. 56th St. in East Flatbush about 1:15 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

When one of the trio starting shooting, Isiah Joseph was hit once in the back and died at Brookdale Hospital. A 20-year-old man was shot once in the lower body and was in stable condition at the same hospital.

Cops suspect the gunplay was gang-related, a police source said.

In the surveillance video released early Monday, the individual wearing a black jacket with gray pants is the alleged triggerman, cops said.
