(CNN) -- Tensions in Ferguson, Missouri, have simmered since black teen Michael Brown was shot and killed by a white police officer in August.

And with a grand jury expected to soon deliver its decision on whether to indict the officer, a group that represents protesters says it wants 48-hours notice before the decision is announced so it can help prevent the St. Louis suburb from once again boiling over with anger, violence and confusion.

A group of community members calling themselves the Don't Shoot Coalition this week released 19 "Rules of Engagement" that touch on major points of contention between protesters and police since Brown's August 9 killing.

I was extremely curious why they did release this before the midterms. Then I figured it out. They knew they could use this to get the horrible midterm results off the front page with the next round of riots.

The internet hacker group LocalLeaks leaked a security document that obtained from ADM Global Security.
The document gives the date and time of the Ferguson Grand Jury decision on Michael Brown’s shooting death.
Monday at or after 2:00 PM CST.




From the document:

“The anticipated release date of the Grand Jury finding in the Michael Brown case is likely to occur on 10 November after 1400 local time. The National Guard, Army Reserve, FEMA and other federal agencies are deploying additional personnel to the St. Louis metro area in the days prior to 10 November as unrest and rioting is anticipated.”

My take is this, if it was th e decision that the feds wanted it would have been released right now.

The obvious solution is to simply stall and wait until Tuesday, then make these fools look like, well, fools.
