Republicans Rule Capitol Hill, Boehner Could Face A Coup D’Etat

Now that the Republicans have taken over the U.S. Senate, as well as picked up more seats in the House, many expect that an internal party power tussle could take place between conservative legislators and the old GOP establishment.
A coup d’etat in the House could be in the works early next year, as more and more conservative legislators a rumored to be in support of ousting the Obama-friendly John Boehner from his job of Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Make no mistake, the GOP establishment is in a bit of trouble, as more conservatives were voted into office, other up-and-coming freshman legislators now have more seasoned and could be willing to buck their leadership.
Some of those conservatives to watch are Reps Curt Clawson and Ron Desantis.
DeSantis (Pictured) has been under Boehner’s skin since he first got to D.C. in 2012, so expect him to continue to defy leadership and do and say what is right for Americans.
Clawson just won this third election in one year, running as an “outsider”.
I would bet that he sticks to his anti-establishment position, but we all know how D.C. works.
Leadership is quick to embrace new blood, offering them concessions, promising them the world, and on occasion, directly or indirectly threatening them with something, if they don’t fall inline.
