Hillary’s Granddaughter’s “Potential”

How will the granddaughter of politically connected millionaires ever make it in this world?
Clinton, who joked that she had a “grandmother glow,” said she wanted all women to grow up in a world of “full participation and shared prosperity.”
“I think my granddaughter has just as much God-given potential as a boy who was born in that hospital on the same day,” said Clinton.
That’s a cute line, but the fact is that the kid will have much more “potential” than any other child born in that hospital. Look at her mother who got a gig at NBC and a job at the Clinton Foundation just based on her last name.
The defining issue isn’t gender, it’s family. No matter how stupid Hillary III, she will have a slot waiting for her. After all Chelsea, who has shown no potential whatsoever, got academic and corporate and non-profit gigs that anyone talented her age would have killed for.
While the Clintons prattle on about equality, they remind us that it’s networking that matters and that liberals regulate to rule, not to raise up.
