Just 25% believe Hillary Clinton would be better than Obama

The nation is apparently still happy that Barack Obama beat Hillary Clinton in 2008, because judging by a new poll, they definitely don’t think she’d be a better president than her former boss.

In new poll from Rasmussen Reports, just 25 percent believe the former secretary of State and leading 2016 Democratic presidential hopeful would be doing a better job than Obama. Half think she’d be doing about the same and 10 percent said she’d be worse at the job.

And most think that if she wins the presidency, that her administration would be a carbon copy of Obama’s.

The poll also revealed that many voters continue to have buyer’s remorse, believing that Republican Mitt Romney would be doing a better job as president.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 42 percent of Likely U.S. Voters believe Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney would be doing a better job as president today than Obama is. Thirty-seven percent, however, think Romney would be doing a worse job, while 12% think he would be doing about the same.
