What's behind the new Islam movement?

In a couple of words, "structure", "disciple", "order".  Those things that have been lacking in American, in the West on the whole, actually.
Families are breaking apart and there is not father figure.  No dominate male at the head of the house.
Now, I'm not talking about 3rd generation Moslems going back to their roots.  I'm talking about the "Jihad Junnies" are looking for.  All the things the "Enlighted Elites" say about the patriarchy.
You want to start to turn the tide of ridiculous conversions?  Put the men back in charge.
