Nine Senate Dems vote 'no' on Syria

Nine Democrats, 12 Republican and independent Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.) voted against the government-spending measure that includes authority for the president to arm and train Syrian rebel groups.

The measure was approved in a 78-22 Senate vote.

Here is the list of "no" votes.
