CBS permanently pull Rihanna from NFL telecast after singer posts profane tweet at being dropped 'due to her being a victim of a domestic violence incident'

CBS and Rihanna look to be going their separate ways after more fallout from the Ray Rice incident.

The network said Tuesday it was permanently editing a song featuring Rihanna's voice out of its Thursday night NFL telecasts — after the singer issued a profane tweet about it.

A portion of Jay-Z's Run This Town featuring Rihanna - who was the victim of a high-profile domestic assault in 2009 -  was cut from last Thursday's game because CBS was covering the controversy over Rice's assault of his then-fiancee.

You can't blame them. 

As a Grade A star celebrity, she cannot be trusted to abide with the set guidelines as to what song and lyrics she would perform.  Also, she could make a statement that would ultimately dwarf the production, etc..

Just drop her and be done with it.
