'Sons of Guns' star Will Hayden arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping minor

“Sons of Guns” star Will Hayden has been arrested again, this time for aggravated rape, according to documents sent to FOX411 by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.

Hayden is accused of raping a minor “almost daily” since March 2013 and taking her virginity when she was 11 years old. TMZ reports the girl is Hayden’s daughter. 

During an interview with detectives, the alleged victim said she did not report the sexual abuse because she was afraid Hayden would hurt her. The most recent abuse of the now-12-year-old girl occurred during July 2014, according to the documents.

According to police documents, the alleged victim claims that Hayden told her “don’t tell them nothing because I’m all you got.”

Hayden was booked on Wednesday and his bail is set at $250,000. There was a warrant out for Hayden’s arrest, and The Times-Picayune reports he was apprehended in Livingston as a fugitive from East Baton Rouge.

Same here, but I am always wary of these kinds of cases for one simple reason.  I remember the McMartin preschool trial and mass hysteria over Satanic preschools in the mid/late 80s and early 90s; all of which turned out to be 100% bunk.

But it doesn't matter as an accused man is always guilty, and even if the allegations are later proved to be 100% false, he is still marked guilty for life.

Citing his older daughter (I'm connected to her on Facebook via some non-show related events), it is all bogus, trumped up by a nasty ex-employee/girlfriend (dipping the pen in the company ink never works out) trying to get revenge on him. She accused him several times after they broke up and he fired her. I've met Will and Stephanie once (shop tour driving through) and nothing struck me as creepy molester about Will.

Unfortunately it is the seriousness of the charges that people remember.

I remember WAY I mean WAY back in the day, a couple kids said they had been molested, I think it was in a school it was a huge story. The ones accused of it denied it. Ruined their lives. Turns out the kids had been coached to say those things.  I was in High School I think making it the middle 70's.
