The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove (see trends).
The latest figures include 25% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 38% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13.

Fifty percent (50%) of voters nationwide say the new national health care law has had no impact on them. Sixteen percent (16%) say they have been helped by Obamacare, while 31% say they have been hurt by it instead.
Sixty-two percent (62%) of Republicans and half (49%) of voters not affiliated with either major party believe the actions of the Environmental Protection Agency hurt the economy, but only 19% of Democrats agree.
