Not just the "bought and paid for" question. Has anyone who believes he's signed up for Obamacare actually had an appointment with a doctor yet? Has anyone who believes he's signed up for Obamacare shown up at the emergency room and tried to get medical treatment?
Not yet, because none of these policies take effect until January 1st. Then many people will be discovering that they have "insurance" but no medical care because no doctor or hospital will accept it.
And another enormous turd in the punchbowl is one estimate that says as many as 30% of all enrollees in the first 2 months have flawed applications that are so scrambled as to be completely useless, and many of them won't find that out until they try to use the coverage after the 1st of the year, only to find out they have nothing whatsoever.
There apparently is no plan "B" either. To even plan for an alternative is seen by the Administration as counter productive, and any admission of failure, including planning for what to do when plan "A" fails, is simply not allowed. This is reminiscent of the good old Soviet Union way of doing things...
