Redflagnews- Democrats are getting desperate in the defense of their troubled health-care law, now comparing the law to problems with a small child.

“I’ve got a one-year-old granddaughter, and on Thanksgiving Day she had a number of little glitches, but we’re not ready to throw her away because of a glitch here and there,” Representative Emanuel Cleaver (D., Mo.) said on MSNBC on Tuesday. “Most things in the beginning stages are going to be difficult to pull off.”

Cleaver is a staunch advocate of abortion rights, and has been recognized for his effort. Last year, Planned Parenthood awarded the congressman at a Washington conference for his “tireless work” on behalf of the organization. Read more…
