Second jewel theft strikes Cannes film festival

Thefts are up BIG TIME here in our area - the bad guys are just taking over while law enforcement seems helpless to stop them.  I read the other day about a local guy awaiting sentencing for his 15th felony theft conviction - he got caught burglarizing 5 homes - WHILE WEARING A GPS ANKLE BRACELET FOR HOME CONFINEMENT. 

The judge was lecturing him, that he was CLOSE to going to prison for the rest of his life!!!  WTH does it take to lock these people away where they don't make the rest of us suffer?

It takes the will to admit that people are responsible for their own actions.

The left don't get that. Someone or something else is always to blame.
