Normally I would agree except for two things.
1. Everything that came out last week and today. It is raining.
2. The source is highly reliable and it is his mode to tease things before blowing it open.

I'm sick of the "tease" when it comes to serious issues. If it's real, and serious, don't tease. If you have to tease, it's either false, or not serious.
99 times out of 100 the tease is for nothing of any real importance. And I've lost patience for those that feel they must tease.
