I was a fan of your's over at FR a thousand years ago. I followed the threads there, again many years ago, between you and the mods when they were editing and sometimes deleting your posts over really minor points. I truely couldn't believe what I was seeing at the time. Of all the posters they had at the time, you were in the top 10 and they were screwing with you? I was amazed. I was thinking, "What the hell are they doing?" It was the beginning of the FR inflated ego issues that eventually drove you away as they did me and many thousands of others. The site is now a mere shadow of what it once was.

Anyway, it is always a blast from the past when I read your column. I enjoy your posts and am happy you found a new and more stable home.

Thanks for the memories, 240B! As it turns out, after a 2-year(?) hiatus, I now post the threads at FR, but not directly; I merely include a link either to this site or to one other one. There are still some non-management folks there that I like...
