Rasmussen - Summary of Party Affiliation (R+5.8)
« on: November 05, 2012, 12:39:12 PM »
Oct 2012  R 39.1% D 33.3% I 27.5% R-D 5.8%

For Comparision
Nov 2010 R 36.0% D 34.7% I 29.3% R-D  1.3%
Nov 2008 R 33.8% D 41.4% I 24.7% R-D -7.6%

If this has any relation to reality then this is going to be a much bigger year than the D+11 polls out of PPP are predicting.
There are millions of paranoid people in the world, and they are all out to get me.

These numbers are far more reflective of what many of us have been seeing on the ground all year long.

Consider this: even if turnout winds up being even, Romney will win, because Independents are greater in number than 4 years ago, and they are solidly in the Romney camp.

VOTE!!!!
Liberalism isn't really about making the world a better place. It's about reassuring the elites that they are good people for wanting to rule over it.

Quite a turnaround.

The democrat party is on a path to become the 21st century Whig party! Nothing more than a footnote in history books!

And the trend is accelerating!

Zell Miller was right! They are A National Party no more!

If true, Romney wins in a landslide.

If false, Rass has egg on his face for the next 4 years.

Maybe I'm stupid, but if Rasmussen's party affiliation is R+5.8, why are his polls weighted D+2-4? This does not sem logical. I wonder if all of the pollsters have decided to all go with even going into the election. If they are wrong, they are all wrong together. It seems very odd. The constant in each of these polls is that they are within 1-2 points. How they all get there are very different, but have a consistent theme. Skewed towards Obama! D+8, D+11, D+4, D+7, Romney getting only 86% of the republican vote, Blacks accounting for 20% of the overall vote. These are all scenerios that will not happened. When they don't happen, there is only one possible result. We go to sleep tomorrow night with Mitt Romney as the President elect!! And we probably don't have to stay up til 3am to see it happen!

Remember he called Wisconsin way wrong in June.  PPP was the one who called the trend to Walker at the 11th hour.
