Why is it anyone, other than an agit-prop mouthpiece, thinks that Obama and the democrats will have the sort of turnout they had in 2008; a fortiori how is it even the slightest bit reasonable to assume Obama and the democrats will have an even better turnout this year than they had in 2008?  It is that overweighting, more than anything else, that is skewing the polls - the author's predilections notwithstanding.

Brit Hume said last night the polls are all using +7D because O one by +7 in 2008.  Never mind 2008 was a wave election.
