Romney 10/8/12
« on: October 08, 2012, 10:25:28 PM »
Today was one of his SS agents birthday... Mitt surprised him with a cake (BTW Carl Cameron said Mitt made a stop and was passing McDonalds out to everyone on the plane today -- including reporters...

It was absolutely pouring at our last rally. We are soaked, but the Gov had so much fun. Shook as many hands as possible, refusing to leave.

I think I also read that Romney cut his speech from 20 mins. to 10 so that people could still hear him, but not be in the rain any longer than necessary.
That and the McD's reminds me of how W used to spend Christmas Day at Camp David and go to Texas afterward so that the SS agents could spend the holiday with their families. 0bama never put off his trips to HI for a reason like that. But then, he's the one who cares most about working Americans. /s
