Wisconsin is now very tight

Public Policy Polling--a Democratic-leaning polling organization--now has President Obama's lead in Wisconsin down to a mere two points; which is not even one-third as large as it had been recently.

As the lead-in to the poll puts it:

PPP's newest Wisconsin poll finds a big debate bump for Mitt Romney in the state. Two weeks ago he trailed Barack Obama by 7 points there, 52-45. Now he's pulled to within two points, with Obama's lead now just 49-47.

PPP got the recall correct -- though they were low in the numbers - it was a much larger blowout than they showed the night before
