Yep. That was not an "infield fly."   Hell, it was in left field.  Left field line ump blew the call and it was NOT REVIEWABLE. 

Did they play that game under protest?

One of the worst, if not the worst, that I have seen.  The ball landed 80 feet into the outfield grass, it would have been a spectacular play for the shortstop...it was the left fielder's ball.

Yes, they finished the game under protest, but it's already been reviewed and the call stands.
