Wow.  That could be another deadly blow to Obama - almost half the country has now seen Romney, seen Obama fail, and seen the side-by-side comparison of the two.

In a way, this could have been OPapaDoc's own undoing.  All of the anti-Romney advertising he has been running undoubtedly increased interest in Romney and caused people to tune in to see if he was really the monster he was being made out to be.

So, massadjv... what is your take on the situation now?  I'm curious about your opinion.

NEW DATA: More than 58 million people watched the first Presidential debate last night between President Obama and Mitt Romney.

The 58 million figure (and the 52.4 million figure) does not include coverage on PBS, Univision, C-SPAN, the cable business networks or online.

Liberalism isn't really about making the world a better place. It's about reassuring the elites that they are good people for wanting to rule over it.

Krauthammer also made mention of what I mentioned in here....than every other inning of NATS baseball (Virginia is a swing state), we're watching Obama commercials telling everybody that Romney is going to raise taxes on the middle class, while giving tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires....

He felt that Romney neutered their effect by taking the time to succinctly explain what a lie it all was.

BHO is outspending Romney 2-1 or more.

Let's see how much the 1st debate performance cuts into the slight lead held by Obama.  Five points in Ohio.

Anybody watching those spots comes away not liking Romney at all.
