Latino support for President Barack Obama has hit a record high in the sixth week of an 11-week poll conducted by impreMedia-Latino Decisions.

Obama leads Romney 73 percent to 21 percent in the survey of registered Hispanic voters, compared with 69 to 24 percent a week ago.

In the battleground states of Florida, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Ohio, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Virginia, Iowa, and Missouri, Obama leads 61 to 33 percent.

Obama has a 78 percent favorable rating nationally, and a 16 percent unfavorable rating. Romney has a 25 percent favorable rating and a 58 percent unfavorable rating.

A month ago, Obama stood at 71 percent favorable and 28 percent unfavorable. Romney was at 31 percent favorable and 54 percent unfavorable then.

On economic issues, 72 percent believe Obama will make the right decisions and improve economic decisions, while only 20 percent believe Mitt Romney will do so. A month ago Obama was leading 59 to 30 percent in that category.

More evidence that Romney is on his way to a colossal loss.

The Hispanic vote was always going to go heavily to Obama. Too bad for the doom and gloom crowd, Hispanics only make up 16% of the population.

So NO the Hispanic vote does NOT decide elections. This is just another political pressure group screaming "pay attention to use we are important".

Nope.  If Romney loses, it'll be a squeaker, not a "colossal" loss.
