Romney Holds Convention Party on Cayman Islands Yacht
Mitt Romney's presidential campaign toasted its top donors today aboard a 150-foot yacht flying the flag of the Cayman Islands, ABC News reports.

"The exclusive event, hosted by a Florida developer on his yacht 'Cracker Bay,' was one of a dozen exclusive events meant to nurture those who have raised more than $1 million for Romney's bid."

Romney donors are rich... they like to party....... most expensive yachts fly foreign flags for tax purposes.  What I told my rich Democrat friends last weekend is they do everything they can to minimize their taxes... why should Republicans be any different.

The yacht is registered in the Cayman Islands.  It's flying a red version of the flag, which is usually blue.  Looks just like Bermuda when it's flapping in the wind.

That said, I don't give a rip where Romney's friends registered their yachts.  If this is all they have, I smell a landslide!

We should ask about where the democrats have their yachts registered.  Anyone remember that Kerry initially registered his yacht in another state in order to avoid Mass. taxes on yachts registered in the state?

I bet all those Hollywood liberals who have yachts have them registered elsewhere.  Show of hands?  No?  Didn't think so.

BTW remember how JFK was freaking out when Jackie lost the baby and went to Greece and vacationed with Ari Onasis... they just knew this was going to look bad for his re-election.
