Tweet Influence At The Convention
« on: August 28, 2012, 06:38:12 PM »
Do you Twitter?

If so, start posting A LOT. Most of the major media outlets are using Twitter to gauge sentiment during this convention (and the DNC)

Here is the key, use hash tags before posting comments.
For example:

#AnnRomney is great. Love her speech. #RNC

#ChrisChristie is taking names and whooping up. #RNC, #GOP

Hash tags are the key to help hit the sentiment ratings of the media. If a post doesn't have keywords tagged, it won't get noticed. (that includes links)

Also watch trending keywords so you can stay with the popular tags.

And don't forget to follow the Briefing Room's Twitter @GOPBriefingRoom
Never delude yourself into thinking you're "influencing" or making a difference on the internet. It is an ephemeral pleasure.
