Brandt Snedeker surprised even himself with another bogey-free round, and his 10-under total tied an Open record.
Snedeker leads Adam Scott by one, while Tiger Woods -- who dramatically holed a bunker shot for birdie on No. 18 -- trails by four, writes Alan Bastable.
