Yup.  The piece states she only had to give him 5 years, and she gave him 5 and a half.

This is going to get very messy.

Scientology is going to be dragged into court and all of its "doctrine" will be put on display for the public to see.

Frankly after what he did to Nicole Kidman and then basically took their kids away from her, I am thrilled to see Katie being the dumper rather than the dumpee...
