I see the lion on the left.

The one on the right looks like something long-eared lying on its side.

Then again, I'm not quite right in the head.   :shrug:

The person's chin opposite the lion's upper lip...his ear is the shaded area opposite the lion's nostril....his face (eyes/nose) are directly opposite the flared nostril.
