The thing most folks have missed IMO, is that the Turtle agreed to bring this to a vote in the Senate. Are there 60 votes? Don't know, but would be surprised that there are not, otherwise Trump and McConnel would not have made the proposal...
The Senate passing the bill, with a promise by the POTUS to sign makes it untenable for the House to play politics and do nothing. However I think that before the House and Pelosi signs off they will add "Permanent" rather than Temporary DACA language to the deal. From experience the word "temporary" is almost always the point that is being negotiated...
