The Department of Defense on Friday identified three Americans killed after a suicide bomber triggered a fiery explosion Wednesday at a market in northern Syria, less than a month after President Donald Trump declared victory over Islamic State militants in the region.

Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jonathan R. Farmer, 37, of Boynton Beach, Florida; Navy Chief Cryptologic Technician Shannon M. Kent, 35, of upstate New York; and DOD civilian Scott A. Wirtz of St. Louis, Missouri, were killed in the bombing in Manbij, Syria, according to the DOD.

3 of 4 soldiers identified, the woman, Shannon Kent, rest in peace. I'm curious as to what languages she interpreted, she knew 6 the article says but interpreted 2 languages, probably what the Kurds speak being one of them.

I wouldn't want to single one person out, 19 died and all deserve to be remembered.

A civilian Arab interpreter if I understand this correctly,  from Atlanta was killed as well.

I've seen pictures of some of the other victims, tragedies each one.  All appearing like anyone you might know.
