Christie On Trump’s Staff: ‘Weaklings, Convicted And Unconvicted Felons’

Former New Jersey governor and U.S. attorney Chris Christie is pulling no punches in his new book, “Let Me Finish,†unloading on President Donald Trump’s staff in an excerpt obtained by Axios.
The President has a “revolving door of deeply flawed individuals—amateurs, grifters, weaklings, convicted and unconvicted felons—who were hustled into jobs they were never suited for, sometimes seemingly without so much as a background check via Google or Wikipedia,†he wrote.
Christie has reserved special ire for Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who he believes carried out a political “hit job†on him and stunted his political ambitions due to an old grudge: Christie once sent Kushner’s father to prison.
